This patient was referred for correcting his ‘bite’ and improving his smile without surgery. In raising the VDO, buccalising the upper arch and lingualising the lower arch, this severe class III was taken to an edge-edge class III and class I in the anterior sextant. Bite forces were managed by routing onto the first premolar to first molar in addition to other methods.
