We also offer a 5% discount for ceramic/porcelain treatments paid in a single instalment and those who are searching for corrective treatments from Dental Tourism or Teledentistry. - Variations: The above fees may be customised according to the specific aims and complexity of the case. This will primarily be guided by the planned operating time for the procedure(s)
- Payment is required before or on the day of your appointment. For treatment that takes more than one visit such as Ceramic Veneers, Implants, Composite Bonding or Aligners we ask for up to 50% at each appointment. We accept Credit and Debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Bank Transfers, and Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH)
- Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 3 working days notice if you would like to rearrange/cancel your appointment or we regret a late cancellation fee would apply. Cancellation charges are £400 per hour of appointment time cancelled/rescheduled
- 5 Year Guarantee: Ceramic and implant work are guaranteed for 5 years following placement. Accidental damage, or that due to neglect causing primary or secondary disease, development of crowding, gum recession, a change in aesthetic aims, teeth drifting over time, teeth that have root canal therapy and treatment carried out by other clinicians are not covered by the guarantee. It is conditional on attending a review appointment within 8 weeks post-completion, wearing a night guard or removable retainers, maintaining visits to the hygienist and yearly health check visits to us, according to our advised interval
