Consultation and Smile Imaging

Every treatment starts with a £150 consultation. It includes a dental health check, smile imaging, a bite analysis and X-rays, so we can check your teeth and gums are healthy before planning any cosmetic work. Many patients also receive a customised smile simulation so they can see the likely result before deciding.

Porcelain Veneers and Ceramic Treatments

Porcelain veneers start from £995 per tooth, as do ceramic bonding and ceramic crowns. Ceramics are made in a dental laboratory, resist staining and are covered by our 5-year guarantee, which is why they cost more per tooth than composite.

Composite Bonding

Composite bonding starts from £495 per tooth. It is a more affordable, minimally invasive option for closing gaps, repairing chips and reshaping teeth. Bonding needs occasional maintenance; our composite bonding maintenance visit, including a health check, stain blasting, re-polishing and a whitening top-up, costs £395.

Smile Makeovers

If your teeth only need small refinements, a Mini Smile Makeover at £795 combines whitening, tooth contouring and stain removal. The White Spot Smile Makeover costs £895, and the Gummy Smile Makeover, which adds a gum lift, starts from £995.

Teeth Straightening With Invisalign

Invisalign starts from £3,995 and includes your health check, smile imaging, X-rays, home whitening and retainers. Straightening first can sometimes reduce the number of veneers needed, or remove the need for them altogether.

Dental Implants

A single dental implant starts from £3,495 per tooth, including the implant, a 3D bone X-ray, a custom connection and the implant crown. Bone grafting and gum grafting start from £995 if they are needed. Our dental implant cost guide explains implant pricing in more detail.

How Much Does a Full Smile Makeover Cost?

Because veneers and bonding are priced per tooth, the total depends on how many teeth show when you smile. Most people show 6 to 10 upper teeth. Based on our starting prices, the totals begin at:

Number of teethComposite bonding fromPorcelain veneers from
4 teeth£1,980£3,980
6 teeth£2,970£5,970
8 teeth£3,960£7,960
10 teeth£4,950£9,950
Starting totals only, before any preparatory treatment. Your treatment plan will confirm the exact cost.

Some smiles also need preparatory work first, such as hygiene treatment, gum contouring (£795) or straightening, which is added to the plan.

What Affects the Cost of Cosmetic Dentistry?

How Many Teeth Are Treated

Per-tooth treatments scale with the number of teeth. A small change to one or two front teeth costs far less than a full smile design.

Composite or Ceramic

Composite is placed directly in the chair and costs less. Ceramics are custom-made in a laboratory, last longer and keep their colour, but cost more. Our guide to ceramic veneers vs composite bonding compares the two, and how cosmetic dentists colour match teeth explains how the shade is chosen.

The Complexity of Your Case

Our fees are guided mainly by the planned operating time. Worn, crowded or previously restored teeth, gum issues or bite problems take longer to treat well, and that is reflected in the plan.

The Experience of Your Cosmetic Dentist

Experience and accreditation matter in cosmetic work, where small details make a big difference. Our clinic is led by Dr Sahil Patel, an Accredited Member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. You can read more about what a cosmetic dentist does and how to choose one.

Is Cheaper Cosmetic Dentistry Abroad Worth It?

Lower headline prices abroad can be tempting, but aggressive tooth preparation, limited aftercare and corrective work later can make treatment far more expensive overall. We regularly see patients needing corrective treatment, and we offer a 5% discount on ceramic and porcelain treatment for those correcting work from dental tourism or teledentistry. How Can You Spread the Cost of Cosmetic Dentistry?

  • Interest-free finance: most treatments can be spread over up to 60 months, subject to status, with a same-day answer.
  • Discounts: 5% off for those working in the NHS, the Armed Forces, students and the Emergency Services. Discounts cannot be combined with finance or other offers.
  • Staged payments: for treatment over several visits, such as veneers, implants, composite bonding or aligners, we ask for up to 50% at each appointment.

What Is Included in the Price?

Your treatment plan lists every stage, so there are no hidden extras. Ceramic and implant work is guaranteed for 5 years after placement, provided you attend a review within 8 weeks of completion, wear your night guard or retainers, and keep up hygienist and yearly health check visits. Full terms are on our fees page.

How Do You Get an Accurate Quote?

The only way to know exactly what your smile will cost is a consultation, where we check your dental health, take imaging and X-rays and talk through what you would like to change. You will then receive a written treatment plan with a full breakdown of costs. If you would like an idea first, send us a photo through our free virtual consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cosmetic Dentist Costs

Do you charge for a cosmetic dentistry consultation?

Yes. A cosmetic consultation at our clinic costs £150 and includes a dental health check, smile imaging, a bite analysis and X-rays, so your treatment plan is based on a full picture of your teeth and gums.

Are veneers priced per tooth?

Yes. Porcelain and ceramic veneers start from £995 per tooth and composite bonding from £495 per tooth, so the total depends on how many teeth are included in your smile design.

Can I pay for cosmetic dentistry monthly?

Most of our treatments can be spread over up to 60 months with interest-free finance, subject to status. Finance cannot be combined with other discounts.

Is cosmetic dentistry available on the NHS?

Treatments carried out purely to change how teeth look are generally not available on the NHS, so veneers, composite bonding and whitening for cosmetic reasons are usually paid for privately.

Is cosmetic dental work guaranteed?

Ceramic and implant work at our clinic is guaranteed for 5 years after placement, provided you attend your review appointment, wear your night guard or retainers, and keep up regular hygienist and health check visits.
